General booking conditions
1 - This contract is strictly personal and may not be transferred to a third party without the written approval of "L'Etang de Kerjacob" campsite. The management may cancel the reservation without refund if the persons arriving at the campsite are not those detailed on the contract. The reservation only becomes effective with our agreement and following receipt of your reservation contract duly completed and signed, accompanied by your deposit and reservation fee.
2 - Renting a pitch :
The pitches are rented from 12.00 to 12.00. Arrival may not take place between 1:00 and 2:00 pm or after 8:00 pm. The balance for your stay will be payable the day before your departure.Location d'un emplacement :
3 - 3. Renting a mobile home :
Stays are from Saturday to Saturday, between June 28th and August 30th.
a). The mobile homes are rented from 3:00 pm to 10:00 am and must be occupied before 8:00pm.
b). The balance for your stay must be paid a month before your date of arrival. An invoice confirming your payment will be given to you at your arrival.
c). Under no circumstances may the fixed number of guests be exceeded (maximum 4, 5, 6 or 7 people according to the accommodation).
d). A 250 euros deposit will be requested at your arrival. This covers the loss, breakage or damage on the rented equipment. You are responsible for carrying out the final cleaning and ensuring the cleanliness of the premises. A 50 € deposit for cleaning will be requested from you.
e). One vehicle only per mobile home or pitch. All additional vehicles will be parked on the parking at the entrance.
f). Departure
a. The premises must imperatively be vacated before 10.00 am. The inspection of the premises must be carried out between 08.00 and 09.45 am. Please make an appointment with the reception for inspection the night before you leave.
b. The cleaning must have been completed and the fridge defrosted.
c. Your deposit will be returned to you following the inspection with a deduction made for any possible damage noted. In the event of insufficient cleaning, the 50 euros will be retained.
4 - The leasee (guest) must have civil liability insurance.
5 - Non-occupation: Should the guest fail to send a written message stipulating that he has postponed or delayed his arrival, his requested accommodation or pitch will remain available to him until midday the following day. Following this period, it will once again be available to the campsite. Telephone messages not confirmed in writing will not be taken into account. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
6 -In the event of cancellation without insurance, the following sum will be retained or will remain payable by you:
a). Rental fees
b). As compensation for the cancellation of the contract : a. A sum equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay, if you cancel more than 30 days before the planned arrival date. b. A sum equal to the total value of the stay if you cancel less than 31 days before the planned date of arrival, or if you do not arrive on this date.
7 - For any change of the dates of your stay, the same pitch cannot be guaranteed.
8 - All guests and visitors must observe the internal campsite rules which are available at reception.
9 - Visitors are required to report to the reception, which may refuse access. They are required to pay a visitor entrance fee.
10 - With the exception of breeds considered as dangerous (which may not enter the campsite), pets are allowed, on a leash, following presentation of their up-to-date vaccination record upon arrival. They must not be left alone on the campsite, even inside your accommodation, in the absence of their owner who is solely liable for them. They must be taken outside the campsite for their natural needs. Any "accidents" must be scooped up and the ground thoroughly cleaned.
11 - 11. In the event of litigation, only the courts of Nantes will be considered competent.
